Using Scientifically Proven Sulforaphane to Create Products

Sulforaphane can come from a variety of cruciferous vegetables including kale, brussels sprouts, and cabbage. Although, highest levels are found in broccoli, specifically broccoli seeds and 3-day old sprouts. Sulforaphane extracts of 3-day old broccoli seeds and sprouts have up to 100 times higher concentrations of glucoraphanin (sulforaphane glucosinolate) than mature plants.
